CAR SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

Vehicle Group

• GROUP A : Economical Car (Axia, Iriz,Bezza, Saga or similar)
• GROUP B : Medium Range Car (City, Vios, X50,X70, or similar)
• GROUP C : Higher Range Car (Vellfire, Alphard, Starex, Staria, Camry, Mazda CX-5, Honda CR-V, Accord, Pick Up 4 x4 or any similar range vehicle)
• GROUP D : Luxury Sedan or SUV  (Mercedes, BMW, C200, C300, X5, X6, or any similar vehicle)
• GROUP E : Ultra Luxury Car, Super Car, Sport Car ( Ferrari, Porsche, Rolls Royce, BMW i7, Merc S Series, or any similar vehicle)

Minimum Rental

• Minimum subscription is thirty days (30 days). Extension above 2 weeks consider full month.

Payment Terms

• A minimum payment of 20% is required upon receiving the invoice to secure the booking and reserve the vehicle. Late payment is subject to availability. The remaining balance must be settled either 24 hours before the rental date or upon receiving the vehicle.
• For contracts of one month or longer, a deposit equal to one month's rental fee is required, along with one month's rental payment, prior to the delivery of the vehicle.
• For long-term contracts with monthly payment methods, subsequent payments are due 30 days after receiving the vehicle.
• The due date will be set 30 days after the starting date. Full payment must be completed before or on the due date.
• We reserve the right to terminate the contract if no payment is made within 7 days after the due date.

Vehicle Use

• All our vehicles are intended for personal or company use only, not for commercial purposes.
• The vehicle's prohibited actions consist of utilizing it for E-hailing services, renting it out for any purpose, transporting passengers or goods for payment, and participating in any illegal activities, including but not limited to drug trafficking, smuggling, theft, or violating traffic regulations.
• Any violation of this agreement may result in contract termination and the imposition of reasonable charges and penalties.

Driver And Person In Charge (PIC)

• Only individuals who have submitted the required documents are permitted to receive the vehicle's key and drive our vehicles.
• Any additional drivers or Person in Charge (PIC) must register before vehicle pickup and adhere to these terms and conditions.
• We reserve the right to charge reasonable amounts and penalties if the hirer hands over the vehicle to an unauthorized person.
• The drivers must 23 and above.
• Individuals with provisional licenses will not be accepted.

Vehicle Collection

• Please bring the original of your identity card/passport and driving license for verification purposes.
• During vehicle collection, the hirer is required to check for any damage or missing part to the vehicles.
• If the hirer found any damage or missing part before collects the vehicle please inform our staff immediately.
• Any damage or missing part that is not reported earlier will be considered under the hirer responsibility.

Services

• All services, including normal wear and tear, are covered by us, as long as there is no excessive use.
• For monthly rentals, there is a maximum service interval of once every 3 months or 10,000km per 3 month, whichever comes first. Extra mileage incurs a charge of RM1.0 to RM5 per km depending on vehicle group and customer is responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of the next service.
• Customers must provide us with the mileage odometer reading every 2 weeks for recording purposes.
• Any repairs due to negligence or abusive use must be borne by the customers.

Mileage Policy

• Monthly rental: Mileage limit capped at 3000km per month. Additional mileage charges apply according to the vehicle group.

Insurance and Vehicle

• All vehicles are fully insured with standard motor policy. However the hirer is responsible for excess not exceeding MYR4,000 (Group A), MYR6,000 (Group B), MYR10,000 (Group C) , MYR20,000 (Group D) and MYR50,000 (Group E).
• The hirer is required to contact our representatives to inform us for any event of accidents or car theft and failing to do so will result the customer to bear all cost of repairs.
• In any case of damage of windscreen/shield and badly scratch , customers are accountable to pay for the tinted cost, premium insurance and administration fee of 15% from the total cost.
• In the case of breakdown not due to customer negligence, replacement car will be provided.
• All insurance do not apply for damage or lost due to careless action, negligence, illegal or improper use of the vehicle.
• The insurance also not cover for tyre punctures, burst tyres, fuel errors, battery damage because of forgotten turned off electrical devices and loss or damage to the vehicle accessories.
• The accident or damage only applies for collision between two moving objects.
• Any damage while the vehicle is stationary will be under hirer’s full responsibility and subjected to the above excess.
• For damage which involves a third party, the hirer is required to get information from the third party driver which include the driver’s name, IC/Passport, driving licence and vehicle registration number.
• If the claim cannot be made against third party insurance, all damage will be under hirer’s responsibility and subjected to the above excess.
• The hirer is reminded that underbody and overhead damage is at their own risk at all time.
• All insurance is void if the vehicle is driven on unsealed and unmade road or surface.

Penalties

• Smoking, vaping, bringing pets, and consuming alcohol are strictly prohibited inside our vehicles.
• In the event of any unpleasant odors, a cleaning fee of MYR300 will be charged.
• Speed limit for highway in Malaysia is 110 KM/hr, while normal road is 90 KM/hr. Please drive carefully and obey traffic rules.
• All traffic/parking summonses, if incurred, will be the responsibility of the hirer.
• Failure to pay any outstanding fines within the specified timeframe after receiving notification will result in a penalty of MYR300.

Security Deposit

• Refunds will be issued 20 -- 30 days after the rental period ends.

Cancellation Policy

• For contracts lasting more than one month, any cancellation before the end of the rental period will incur full charges for that month.
• In the event of early termination or before the rental agreement period ends, the hirer has no right to a refund of any part of the charges.
• The security deposit is non-refundable if the hirer breaches the contract or terminates it earlier.
